How do I cancel my order?

We cannot guarantee that we can make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message.

Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, you are more than welcome to place a new order or initiate an exchange through your account or by contacting us once you receive your order.

What if I need to change my order?

Once an order is placed, we cannot make any changes to the items in your order.

If you see an error in your shipping address, please email us at as quickly as possible. We will do our best to accommodate an edit to the shipping address before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee that we can make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed.

If your order is processed with the original address, the carrier may allow the recipient to request a change before the package is out for delivery. We encourage you to get in touch with them!
